Husky HVLP Spray Gun Kit
Latex finish type paints are too heavy (thick) to be used. They will gum up the spray gun tips and inner works. Please be aware of and always abide by manufacturer viscosity recommended specifications.
One more serious note when using is that when you are done please clean thoroughly as you do not want your spray guns to turn into a one time use piece of equipment.

- 600cc paint cup equals 20.2884 ounces

Cons To Purchase
You can’t connect the unit to a paint can/bucket in any way. The gun is NOT an airless or pump-type spray gun, so you will need to pour the paint or stain through a strainer into the loading canister. You will not be able to just hook the gun up to a can of paint or a container of paint or stain.
The sprayer is made more for thinner paints like and stains. Also very good for use with clear coat and enamel paints such as automotive paints.
These guns are not suitable for use with Latex. Husky tools are manufactured today both in Taiwan and China.

A Brief History of Husky
Here is a brief history of Husky tools, where they have come from and why they are a player in today’s top choices for HVLP spayers.
Husky is a line of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and tool storage products. Husky tools were founded in 1924 in the State of Wisconsin. Husky Wrench was what they were called and by 1928 they were picked up to be distributed by J.H. Williams Tool Group.
Then from 1928 until the 1970s they were bought and traded a series of times to be owned by Litton Industries in the 1970s. Litton eventually sold Husky off to National Hand Tool.
Stanley Works acquired Husky from National Tool in 1986 and then in 1992 began supplying the Husky brand exclusively to The Home Depot. Later the name rights were to become property of Home Depot. Now Husky tools are manufactured and distributed for sale to the public by Home Depot.
Today Husky is known by it’s slogan, “The toughest name in tools.” With that in mind the Husky HVLP Spray gun comes highly recommended by the owners. A study of reviews will point out the over all high marks this kit gets.
